How does the NMS Clip work?
The NMS Clip permits the normal breathing that takes place with the natural opening and closing of the mouth, but prevents the lower jaw from dropping back and blocking the pharynx. Put the NMS Clip in place before you go to sleep in order to prevent snoring caused by obstruction of the respiratory tract.
Using the NMS Clip
Your NMS Clip is supplied with full instructions on how to use it. Before using your NMS Clip for the first time, soak it in water warmed to a temperature of about 140°F / 60°C. This activates the flexibility of the thermo-elastic plastic that the NMS Clip is made of. Now place the NMS Clip in your mouth. The material will now adapt itself precisely to the individual shape and size of your teeth.
Caring for your NMS Clip
Clean your NMS Clip every morning, at the same time as you brush your teeth, using a little toothpaste. Then rinse it in warm tap water and let it dry naturally, before putting it back in its protective case. If more-thorough cleaning is required, use a commonly available denture cleaner. You should replace your NMS Clip at intervals of nine to twelve months.
