1. Quotation/minimum value of order:
Our quotations are free and non-legally-binding. The minimum value of the shipment is €69 per order.

2. Shipping costs:
A charge of €5.95 per order is made in order to cover shipping costs.

3. Order cancellation:
You can cancel your order, without having to give reasons, provided you do so within the fourteen-day return deadline, by submitting the notice of cancellation in writing (by letter, fax, or e-mail), or returning the shipment concerned. The period of notice begins upon receipt of the shipment accompanied by this notification. The timely sending of notification to cancel, or the return of the shipment, is regarded as proof for the purpose of the period of notice. Please ensure that the package is franked with sufficient postage. Please note that we do not normally accept unfranked postal shipments.

4. Exception for business customers:
The above terms and conditions regarding cancellation do not apply to customers who acquire our products in the course of a business-related or independent commercial activity.

5. Delivery time:
We cannot guarantee delivery times of less than four weeks. If a particular article is not available, we undertake to inform you accordingly before accepting the corresponding order.

6. Warranty:
We accept the corresponding warranty obligations, as established in the applicable legal regulations. The warranty period is, however, reduced to one year in the case of business customers. Warranty claims made against us by business customers are dependent on the customer concerned fulfilling the legal claims procedures established in article 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB).

7. Reservation of title:
We retain legal title to all goods until payment has been made in full.

8. Data protection:
All personally-identifiable data are treated as confidential at all times. We will file the data required for conducting transactions and pass them on, as needed for completion of the ordering procedure, to the partner organisations concerned. In order to carry out creditworthiness checks in the course of the business relationship, details of your address and credit history may be supplied to other business information services and, if required, to the Schufa credit-rating organisation (of 65302 Wiesbaden, Germany). Addresses and order details will likewise be retained and processed for our own marketing purposes. The details used for external, third-party marketing purposes shall be strictly limited to generally available and published data, in accordance with article 28, sect. 3, subsection 3 of the German federal law on data protection (BDSG). Your data-protection preferences will be taken into account, in accordance with relevant legislation, when handling the data supplied. You may at any time oppose the use, processing and/or transmission of your data for marketing purposes, or cancel your existing consent, by contacting Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH, Ziegelstrasse 10, 49088 Osnabrück, Germany. Once your notice of objection/revocation has been received, an immediate stop will be placed on the usage and processing for marketing purposes of the data in question. This includes a stop on the sending of advertising material and catalogues and/or the transfer of your data for marketing purposes.
