Guaranteed security and anonymity
We at Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH regard security as one of our top areas of responsibility, and therefore undertake to abide strictly by the laws governing data protection, by ensuring that the personally-identifiable data that we handle is subject to the very highest standards in this respect. Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH undertakes to make all effort to prevent data entrusted to it from falling into the hands of unauthorised parties. A system that includes various levels of password-protected access and other appropriate technical measures is in force to ensure that the data handled are subject to the strictest possible security.

Non-disclosure of data
The details that you entrust to us remain in our safekeeping. They will only be used for specific applications and diagnostic purposes. Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH does not sell, exchange or otherwise make any unauthorised use of personal data or information. We take steps to ensure that your personal data will not be passed on to any other company or organisation, unless we are authorised to do so. This does not apply if we are obliged to reveal or supply data under the terms of applicable legislation or a valid court order. You express, by using this website and supplying your information, your agreement with the data-protection terms and conditions and the written regulations by which they are governed.

Data-protection terms and conditions
1. Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH takes the protection and security of all personal data very seriously. Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH therefore undertakes, when supplying its services, to abide strictly by the relevant legislation, with particular reference to the data-protection stipulations contained in the German federal laws on data protection (BDSG) and teleservices (TMG) respectively.

2. The required use of data
In order to be able to deliver its services, Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH needs to collect, store, process and use personally-identifiable data in accordance with the corresponding terms and conditions governing data protection. Any further data that we might request is information supplied voluntarily. The personal data concerned are processed for the exclusive purpose of delivering the requested service and protecting the legitimate commercial interests of the company.

3. Use of “cookies”
Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH makes use of “cookies”. A “cookie” is a small text file, which is either saved to a computer’s RAM memory (a “session cookie”) or kept on its hard disk (a “persistent cookie”). Cookies are not used for running programs or for infecting your computer with viruses.

4. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web-analysis service of Google Inc. (herein after referred to as “Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”. These are small text files, which are saved to your computer for the purpose of analysing your website usage. The information collected by cookies on your usage of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to and saved on a server owned by Google located in the United States of America. Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of the website, to draw up reports on website activities for site operators and in order to provide further services relating to website and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties, insofar as this is allowed by applicable legislation and insofar as these data are processed on the orders of Google. Google shall under no circumstances associate your IP address with other Google data. You can configure your web browser software to block the installation of cookies. However, if you do so, please note that certain functions offered by the website may no longer be fully available. 5. Information regarding saved data
The customer is entitled, at any time and without charge, to examine the personally-identifiable data held by the company on his or her behalf. This information is supplied in writing. To obtain a copy of your saved details, please send the corresponding written request, accompanied by a photocopy of your passport or national identity card, to Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH, Ziegelstr. 10, 49088 Osnabrück, Germany.

6. The customer also recognises that the current level of available technology cannot absolutely guarantee the security of data transferred via the Internet. The customer must therefore take his or her own security precautions when transferring such data via the Internet.

Die Idee Produktentwicklung GmbH reserves the right to amend this declaration at any time. It does not constitute the basis of any contractual or other formal right for or on behalf of any other party.
